Xolo has launched a limited Liverpool FC edition of its Xolo One smartphone for football fans in India, priced at Rs. 6,299. Called the Liverpool FC Edition Xolo One, it is exclusively available for purchase on Snapdeal.
The limited edition smartphone is identical to the original Xolo One in terms of specifications, but in addition features the Liverpool FC’s iconic Liverbird printed on the ‘premium leather back’. Also bundled are an LFC-branded charger and back case. Users also get preloaded Liverpool wallpapers and an LFC boot animation.
Notably, the Liverpool FC Edition Xolo One runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box. In contrast, the Xolo One at launch last year ran Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and was priced at Rs. 6,599 and pegged as an Android One smartphone alternative.

Display, Design and Configuration
The XOLO One sports a 4.5-inch IPS LCD multi-touch display with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels and a pixel density of 218 ppi. The screen looks pretty good from all angles especially with the thin bezels on the sides. It is packed in a 9.3mm thick outfit which carries a premium feel due to the stylish leather like finish on the back.
Under the hood, the XOLO One features a 1.3GHz quad-core processor loaded on MediaTek MT6582M chipset and paired with 1GB RAM. The presence of Mali 400 MP2 graphics unit guarantees smooth handling of rich games. It runs on Android OS, v5.0 (Lollipop).
Camera and Storage
The XOLO One features a beautiful 5MP rear camera with powerful presets like HDR, BSI, smile shot, fixed focus and geo-tagging. It can also shoot 1080p videos at 30fps and is accompanied by a VGA front camera. It has 8GB of onboard memory expandable up to 32GB.
Battery and Connectivity
The XOLO One poses a 1,700mAh Li-ion battery promising up to 8 hours of talktime and up to 377 hours of standby time over 3G. On the connectivity front, it has 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, USB port, GPS/AGPS and Mobile hotspot.

The XOLO One has been built for exhibiting powerful performance and runs on the latest Android KitKat OS which is further upgradable to Lollipop OS. It grabs attention with the leather finished back available in multiple colors like black, red, brown and white.
