The Microsoft Lumia 540 Dual SIM carries a 5-inch IPS LCD ClearBlack multi touch display with a resolution of 720 x 1,280 pixels and a pixel density of 294ppi. It has a thickness of 9.4mm and a weight of 152g and is available in different colours including white, blue, cyan, gray, orange and black.

Under the hood, the Microsoft Lumia 540 Dual SIM is packed with a 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor based on Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset. It is coupled with a 1GB RAM and Adreno 302 GPU to ensure robust handling of applications.
